This is software allows you to identify pathway perturbation driver genes in case-vs-control context by applying MCMC sampling methods (i.e. Neighbourhood Sampling, Hit-and-Run Sampling and Metropolis-Hasting Sampling) of Bayesian network and its probabilistic network-based analysis.
